These are not people that I hate, merely people that I think could have used a good smack in the chops.

I don't really hate anyone, this is simply a list of some of my least favorite people throughout history that I compiled for my own amusement. Since it has amused everyone who has read it, I thought I might share it here.

Please don't take this seriously and PLEASE know that I'll respect your opinions, even if they differ from mine.

Worry not! I don't have any desire to punch people who simply like these people. If you are not on this list, you are in no immediate danger.

For instance, many of my very close friends are Catholics, and they are all wonderful people. I realize that there are quite a few Popes on the list, but if you do some research on those particular ones, you will probably understand why I think they needed a fat lip.

LOL

I hate Edison, and I'm not so fond of his fanboy, Ford, either... so GOOD LUCK with this endeavour!! :happybounce:

I think Tesla will be quite pleased to witness said face punchings...

Just curious but, why Dante Alighieri? From my perspective his poetic view on love and the afterlife, as well as his views on religion during his time, are amazing.

Well, it has always frustrated me that so much content from his work is assumed to be biblical. This leads to people not accepting the Tora's historical significance or placing religious faith in ideas that were intended as fiction.

I'm coming to terms that it might not be fair to place responsibility on his shoulders, so he may be removed from the list, as I have always respected his artistic vision, despite my frustration with some of its effects.

BAHAHA! That was AMAZING. I'm one of those sick people that enjoyed Shakespeare as a kid, so I wouldn't want to hit him, but I can thoroughly appreciate the desire to do so. I need to watch more Blackadder, apparently.

Thanks!

Freidrich Nietzsche? Before I start to prattle on about how Nietzche was not a Nazi, I would like to ask what your reasoning is behind that one, if only for certainty on the subject. I see no need to waste your time with that if it just so happens to be irrelevant.

Oh, I know he wasn't a Nazi. They burned his books! Nazi's don't belong on the list since they deserve worse than a fat lip.

I just am not a big fan of his philosophy.

"Without music, life would be a mistake." - Fredriech Nietzsche

Also, I find this quote rather hard to argue with.

I disagree with almost all Nazi ideals. Almost all, because I happen to like the uniforms & the idea of the autobahn.
